About the watches

What movements do Matignon watches use?
Most of our quartz models use precision Japanese-style quartz movements. Our automatic models use the trusted Seiko NH36 self-winding movement.

Are Matignon watches waterproof?
All Matignon quartz watches are rated to 3 ATM, suitable for splashes and rain. Selected models are rated to 5 ATM (brief immersion) and our dive collection to 10 ATM (swimming, snorkelling).

What case material is used?
Every Matignon is built with a 316L surgical-grade stainless steel case and bracelet — the industry standard for hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant timepieces.

What size is the watch?
Our standard cases run between 38–42mm depending on model. Each product page lists the specific dimensions.

Can the bracelet be adjusted?
Yes. Every Matignon ships with a watch adjustment tool and instructions. Most owners size their bracelet at home in under five minutes.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Customs and duties are included on international orders.

How long does delivery take?
EU: 4–7 business days. UK: 2–4 business days. Rest of world: 5–10 business days.

Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. Every Matignon ships in a presentation box inside a neutral outer carton.

Warranty & returns

What's the warranty?
Every Matignon is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return a watch?
Yes. We offer a 60-day return window for unworn watches in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.
